Cylinder No. 6 Misfire. 2010 Challenger SRT8 6.1 Hemi, 70,000 miles. We have had the car home with us for 3 months now in Colorado. Ever since we got home, we have had a 6 cylinder misfire consistently, we've had the occasional multiple misfire and the occasional post Catalyst running lean as well. CEL comes on and when they check it says bad Oil Pressure Sensor. Have to take off the intake manifold to change it. Car runs fine, just CEL on. For the P0420/P0430 codes the converters are operating below efficiency threshold. In dealing with a P0430 with another car the SOP was to if the P0430/P0420 code was accompanied by any O2 sensor codes to replace the sensors the codes pointed to. Clear the codes. The 2019 Dodge Challenger has 46 problems & defects reported by Challenger owners. The worst complaints are suspension problems. Owned a 5.7 Challenger for almost 9 years and over 80,000 miles no lifter or cam problems . I have almost 26,000 miles on the 6.4 and no cam or lifter issues. Spuratic fluxuation / spikes in temp can be caused by air in the system. If the coolant HAS been changed recently, then its most likely an air bubble and the system needs to be "burped". I noticed the steering was fairly heavy in my 5.7l challenger compared to the jeep wrangler i drove before. Making long turns ill notice im pushing fairly hard but i was very quick to wave it off as a heavy car with tight steering. you can definetely feel it get tighter when you put it in sport mode. jByT.
